Learn the traditional art of sew-down quillwork from Rubia Buck (Prairie Island Indian Community) in this two-day workshop!
Rubia will teach participants how to start and finish a project along with the basics of preparing, sorting, and dying porcupine quills. At the end, each participant will leave with a necklace or set of earrings!
Due to limited space, participants will be notified if they are registered for the workshop or placed on the waitlist. Native individuals who can attend both sessions of the workshop will be prioritized.
